Position Overview:
They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Lawyer to join the team.
The successful candidate will assist senior attorneys in managing a diverse caseload and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters, gaining valuable experience and exposure to different areas of law.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions.
Assist in case preparation and management, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing trial materials
Attend court proceedings, hearings, and meetings with clients
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Assist in business development activities, including client outreach and networking
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
Enrollment with the Bar Council of India
1-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal department (experience in [insert relevant areas of law] preferred)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in legal research
