Associate Lawyer required in Dwarka Sector 12

Position Overview:

They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Lawyer to join the team.

The successful candidate will assist senior attorneys in managing a diverse caseload and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters, gaining valuable experience and exposure to different areas of law.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions.

• Assist in case preparation and management, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing trial materials

• Attend court proceedings, hearings, and meetings with clients

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

• Assist in business development activities, including client outreach and networking

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)

• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India

• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal department (experience in [insert relevant areas of law] preferred)

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in legal research
