DWARKA  EXPRESSWAY

The Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon Project is being considered as one of the most promising and progressive residential and commercial projects. This project is being developed by the Haryana Urban Development Authority. The masterplan of this project comprises of residential options available in multiple budget and house requirement ratios.

The Northern Peripheral Road (NH248-BB) is also commonly known as the Dwarka Expressway. The 29 km long road which is currently under construction is an 8-lane wide road that will connect Delhi (Dwarka) and Haryana (Gurugram). Construction of this expressway is expected to ease the traffic on Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway. The expressway will start from Shiv Murti in Mahipalpur (Delhi) and end at Kherki Daula toll plaza in Gurguram.

The Dwarka Expressway is being constructed in different packages; Packages 1 & 2 are in Delhi and total 9.5 km in length. Package 1 (5.3 km) starts from Shiv Murti at NH-48 and ends at the Rail under Bridge near Sector 21, Dwarka. Package 2 (4.2 km) begins from the Rail under Bridge and ends at the Delhi Haryana border on the expressway. Packages 3 & 4 are in Gurugram which is 19 km in length.
